CANCELLATION POLICY

No Show= No refund.

Cancellation within 2 hours of tour departure:  No refund. *Waivers apply, please see below.

Cancellation made prior to 2 hours before tour departure: Customers will receive a full refund, or credit, less any booking or transaction fees.  We are unable to refund any third party booking fees and we encourage you to contact the companies / organisations directly to request same.

If cancelling within 48 hours of tour departure: Please call directly to ensure that we have received your cancellation request.

CRUISE SHIP BOOKINGS – If your cruise ship is unable to dock or you unable to disembark the ship due to ill health, the full amount of the tour will be refunded less any booking and / or transaction fees. We want to provide you with peace of mind when it comes to booking your tour, we understand that things change and can’t be controlled. We are unable to refund any third party booking fees and we encourage you to contact the companies / organisations directly to request same.
